Administrative Plan 7/1/2025 Page 17-19 <br />SAHA Selection of Proposals Subject to a Previous Competition under a Federal, State, <br />or Local Housing Assistance Program <br />SAHA will accept proposals for PBV assistance from owners that were competitively <br />selected under another federal, state or local housing assistance program, including but <br />not limited to projects that were competitively awarded Low-Income Housing Tax <br />Credits (if the earlier competition did not involve any consideration that the project <br />would receive PBV assistance), HOME Program, or another source of Federal, State or <br />Local affordable funds on an ongoing basis. <br />EXHIBIT 1
