Ward develops <br />customer -specific case studies/public relations releases highlighting best practices and how <br />our customers have benefited from utilizing Ward solutions. Ward will continue to use this <br />program to include above -ground fuel and fluid storage with related hardware, software, and <br />service contracts. <br />Ward's contacts database encompasses the United States and Canada, and we will <br />develop Sourcewell-specific campaigns utilizing Ward's CRM to expand new Sourcewell <br />sales. <br />Ward will develop Sourcewell-specific campaigns focusing on new and existing customer <br />relationship management -focused on eMarketing campaigns. <br />Through Ward's electronic and print advertising program, Ward includes Sourcewell in our <br />government -specific advertising and media relations program, enabling us to reach <br />Sourcewell Members and non -Members through fleet industry -related advertising. <br />Ward has developed a comprehensive digital marketing program encompassing numerous <br />digital data programs, including webpages, links, metadata, and social media platforms.
