Ready (C�C <br />Orange Caunty's emergency preparedness resource <br />documentation, with formal approval from the Santa Ana Project Manager. <br />Target Completion: June 2026. <br />TASK 11-C: PAID PLACEMENT OC (SUMMER/FALL 20251 <br />Objective: Design and produce digital and/or static billboard creative assets that align <br />with ReadyOC messaging and specifications for contracted placements. <br />Task Overview: <br />Develop and deliver campaign -aligned creative assets for use in secured billboard <br />placements. Content will be tailored to reinforce core emergency preparedness <br />themes and may be adapted for specific micro -campaigns, including outreach to <br />younger demographics. <br />Responsibilities <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Design creative content consistent with ReadyOC branding and campaign <br />goals <br />b. Coordinate with vendors for production, delivery, and confirmation of <br />placements <br />c. Ensure assets meet all technical and contract specifications <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve final creative and placement plans <br />b. Provide feedback to ensure alignment with campaign objectives <br />Completion Criteria: This task is considered complete upon completion of administrative <br />deliverables and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for <br />the task. Planned completion and implementation are by the end of Dec. 2025. <br />TASK 11-D: PAID PLACEMENT OC (Winter/Spring 2026) <br />Objective: Continue campaign momentum with refreshed creative assets and/or <br />deployment of additional billboard placements. <br />Task Overview: <br />Develop or update new creative content for the second phase of ReadyOC's billboard <br />campaign and coordinate with vendors to ensure on -time deployment. Messaging <br />may be refined to reflect seasonal preparedness or evolving campaign priorities. <br />Responsibilities <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Produce refreshed creative content consistent with campaign branding <br />b. Coordinate delivery and confirm placement schedules with media vendors <br />c.
