Ready (L�C <br />Orange Cawdyi emergency preparedness resource <br />TASK 11-A: DEVELOPMENT & CONTRACTING (SUMMER/FALL 20251 <br />Objective: Launch the first phase of the ReadyOC digital media campaign by securing <br />digital signage and billboard placements in key areas across Orange County. <br />Task Overview: <br />Comm LAB will conduct outreach to digital signage providers and billboard vendors to <br />negotiate and secure media placements. Priority will be given to locations that attract <br />broad community audiences, including young adults, such as downtown areas, <br />entertainment venues, and commuter routes. <br />Responsibilities <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Develop a targeted vendor/location list <br />b. Initiate outreach and secure agreements for digital placements <br />c. Coordinate creative specifications and technical requirements <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Review and approve vendor agreements, proposed placements, and <br />messaging <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completion of administrative deliverables and <br />when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for each subtask <br />noted below. <br />TASK 11-B: DEVELOPMENT & CONTRACTING (WINTER/SPRING 2026) <br />Objective: Build on initial efforts by securing additional billboard and signage <br />placements to expand the reach of ReadyOC's messaging across Orange County. <br />Task Overview: <br />Identify new opportunities based on previous campaign performance and emerging <br />needs. Additional contracts will be secured to support increased visibility in underserved <br />or high -traffic areas aligned with campaign goals. <br />Responsibilities <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Update the list of vendors and locations <br />b. Lead contract discussions and finalize agreements for additional placements <br />c. Coordinate technical delivery and placement scheduling <br />Santa Ana Will: <br />a. Approve vendor agreements and revised placement strategy <br />b.
