Ready(C�C <br />Orange County's emergency preparedness resource <br />in -language media relations activities to Asian media outlets that reach Orange County <br />audiences. Task includes ongoing measurement and tracking of promotional elements. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Execute media pitches and outreach to local broadcast Asian Media outlets to <br />promote ReadyOC. <br />b. Plan, develop and produce necessary video assets with approval from the Santa <br />Ana Project Manager. <br />c. Execute distribution in accordance with approved plans. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve initiative concepts, production, and distribution plan. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon the completion of the deliverables detailed in <br />the task description above and when the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task <br />completion letter. Planned completion and invoicing will be at the end of June 2026. <br />TASK 13: BACK -TO -SCHOOL ORIENTATION (COLLEGES) MESSAGING <br />Objective: Increase regional awareness of ROC's emergency preparedness programs <br />and resources through partnerships with regional colleges and universities. <br />Task Description: Conduct extensive outreach to potential higher -education partners <br />and seek commitments to include ROC messaging and materials during back -to - <br />campus orientation programs and events for new and returning students, focusing on <br />Freshman Orientation in particular. <br />Activities will include: <br />a. Comprehensive list of potential partners and appropriate contacts. <br />b. Conduct outreach and secure partnership commitments. <br />c. Coordinate with partners to provide or develop messaging for student <br />audiences. <br />d. Develop and/or distribute scripts and collateral materials to partner campuses. <br />e. Monitor and report on initiative efficacy. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB shall: <br />a. Comprehensive list of potential partners and appropriate contacts. <br />b. Conduct outreach and secure partnership commitments. <br />c. Coordinate with partners to provide or develop messaging for student <br />audiences. <br />d. Develop and/or distribute scripts and collateral materials to partner campuses. <br />e. Attend on -campus start of term events as needed. <br />f.
