u rv� <br />SFF someihlnp, <br />� � SAT somoiFing <br />Objective: Support Safe OC's mission and the Cyber Kids micro -campaign by <br />developing and distributing social media toolkits that equip partners, public officials, <br />educators, and community organizations to amplify key S4 Cybersecurity & Safety <br />messages across digital platforms. <br />Task Description: Design and deliver a series of four social media toolkits tailored to the <br />Cyber Kids campaign, each focusing on a core topic such as online safety, <br />cyberbullying prevention, digital citizenship, and reporting suspicious online behavior. <br />These toolkits will include ready -to -use content, such as graphics, videos, suggested <br />captions, and hashtags designed for consistency, accessibility, and strong alignment <br />with the S4 messaging. Content will be formatted for Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln and <br />X. <br />Each Toolkit Will Include: <br />a. Platform -specific content (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, X) <br />b. Post copy tailored for each platform <br />c. Sized and branded images for posts and stories <br />e. Calls -to -action to drive awareness <br />Toolkits will be available for download on SafeOC.com and shared directly via Safe <br />OC's community newsletter and through outreach to local public officials and partners. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB Shall: <br />a. Create and deliver four social media toolkits <br />b. Ensure all assets meet platform standards and Safe OC brand guidelines <br />c. Coordinate with the Safe OC team for messaging alignment <br />d. Upload toolkits to SafeOC.com for public access <br />e. Distribute toolkits to partner organizations and the mailing database <br />f. Track and report on toolkit distribution and partner engagement, where possible <br />Santa Ana Shall: <br />a. Review and approve all toolkit content and visuals <br />b. Support distribution through City channels as appropriate <br />c. Provide feedback on toolkit usability and partner response <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete upon completing administrative deliverables and when <br />the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the completion letter for each subtask noted <br />below. <br />TASK 4-A: SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT CONTENT DEVELOPMENT (Q3 25) <br />Objective: Promote S4's overall objectives and micro -campaigns by equipping partners, <br />public officials, and community organizations with a ready -to -use social media <br />toolkit that enables them to share consistent, branded messaging across their digital <br />platforms. <br />Task Description: Develop and distribute a comprehensive social media toolkit in Q3 <br />2025, aligned with a Safe OC micro -campaign theme. The toolkit will include <br />Safe OC Statement of Work 11 <br />FY 25-26 �'Q <br />CommunicationsLAB <br />
