The planned completion and invoicing date is the end of September 2025. <br />TASK 4-13: S4 SOCIAL MEDIA TOOLKIT CONTENT DEVELOPMENT (Q4 25) <br />Objective: Continue promoting S4's objectives and micro -campaigns by releasing a <br />second social media partner toolkit in Q4 2025 to expand community engagement and <br />support public safety education. <br />Task Description: Develop and distribute a second social media toolkit for Q4 2025, <br />supporting the next micro -campaign focus. The toolkit will contain updated creative <br />and messaging to reflect evolving campaign priorities or seasonal preparedness needs. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Comm LAB Shall: <br />a. Create and deliver one toolkit for Q4 2025 <br />b. Maintain consistent branding and message alignment <br />c. Upload toolkit to SafeOC.com and share with partners <br />d. Provide a summary report on distribution and engagement activity (if available) <br />Santa Ana Shall: <br />a. Provide review and approval of toolkit content and visual assets <br />b.
