(2) <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> 3) Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and <br /> ordinances related to the handling, transportation, and disposal of demolition debris, including <br /> obtaining any required permits and approvals. <br /> 4) The removal of trash and debris shall be subject to inspection and approval by the Director of the <br /> Santa Ana Planning and Building Agency, or their designee. The Contractor shall promptly <br /> address any deficiencies identified during such inspection. <br /> K. Fee Proposal <br /> Contractor shall submit a fee proposal as described below. This fee proposal shall be based on ON- <br /> CALL DEMOLITION SERVICES for the sample project site described below. The proposal will be used <br /> for fee comparison and evaluation purposes. Furthermore, this fee proposal will become part of Exhibit <br /> B of the Contract Agreement and will be used to compare with an actual task order quote requested by <br /> the City. <br /> Fee proposal shall include: <br /> 1. Description of work (summarized scope of services) <br /> 2. All costs, fees and other anticipated expenses, and total cost of the services (per spreadsheet <br /> below) <br /> 3. Schedule (from date of receiving a Notice to Proceed to task order completion) <br />
