Removal of Trash and Debris <br /> 1) The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all trash, debris, and <br /> waste materials generated during the demolition of any structure under this Agreement. This <br /> includes, but is not limited to, construction materials, rubble, hazardous waste, and any other by- <br /> products of the demolition process. <br /> 2) All trash and trash and debris must be removed from the site within seven (7) days following the <br /> completion of demolition activities. The Contractor shall ensure the site is left in a clean and <br /> orderly condition, free of any remaining debris. <br />
