Exhibit A Scope of Work—Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> .1. Project Management Track <br /> The project management track within the Graviton implementation methodology includes those tasks <br /> required to plan for and manage the Oracle Cloud implementation. The Graviton Oracle Cloud <br /> implementation approach is built upon project management best practices outlined in the Project <br /> Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). This includes project management processes such as <br /> scope management, risk management, quality management, and resource management. The <br /> Graviton project management team will perform these project management duties continuously <br /> through the life of the project, adhering to the standards established by the City approved Project <br /> Management Plan deliverable. <br /> In addition to performing the day-to-day project management duties,the project management track <br /> includes five deliverables spanning the five Graviton implementation stages. Graviton will be <br /> responsible for developing these deliverables, while the City will have the authority to approve these <br /> deliverables. To this end,the <br /> Graviton project manager will collaborate with City project leadership to plan for and manage the <br /> Oracle Cloud implementation process. <br /> 4.1.1 Project ire i int Toolls <br /> The Graviton project manager will ensure the project team is following the project management <br /> processes defined by the project management plan. Graviton will incorporate the following project <br /> management tools into the project to support the City and the project team in this effort. <br /> • SharePoint—The project's secure repository to store, organize, share, and access project <br /> deliverables, work products, and supporting documentation.The dedicated SharePoint site <br /> will be provided by Graviton for the City during implementation. <br /> • Smartsheet—The project's secure cloud-based project management system includes <br /> dashboards,views, and workflows to record and present project schedule and status. <br /> Graviton will license Smartsheet for the project and will make the software available to the <br /> City project team members. <br /> 24 GRAVITON <br />
