Exhibit A Scope of Work—Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 6 Oracle Cloud Implementation Staffing <br /> Implementation of the Oracle Cloud modules for the City will require close collaboration between <br /> Graviton and City project team members. This Oracle Cloud Implementation Staffing section describes <br /> the Graviton and City project teams that will complete the implementation of Oracle Cloud for the City. <br /> The project roles of both Graviton and City project team members are defined. In addition, a Graviton <br /> project team organization chart and staffing plan, as well as a City staffing plan are included for each <br /> project phase. <br /> .1. Project Roles <br /> .1.1 Graviton Projectales <br /> The Graviton project team includes Oracle Cloud experienced consultants that have the versatility to <br /> perform project tasks across the project management, business process,technical, change <br /> management, and training implementation tracks. However,the primary role of each position in the <br /> Graviton organization chart is described in the table below. <br /> Table:Graviton Project Roles <br /> Project Manager The Graviton's project manager will oversee the project's execution and will be <br /> accountable for its success.The Graviton project manager will also participate in the <br /> teering committee and Leadership meetings with the City to ensure that any <br /> eedback from the City is properly addressed.The Graviton project manager will <br /> manage the day-to-day task assignments for the project team.The Graviton project <br /> manager will ensure project management best practices are being followed including <br /> ngoing risk management activities. <br /> he Graviton Project Manager will will be responsible for completing the following <br /> work products: <br /> • Project Management Plan <br /> • Project Scope <br /> • Test Plan <br /> • End User Training Plan <br /> • Cutover Plan <br /> • Project Closeout <br /> Associate Project Manager The Graviton Associate Project Manager is a member of the Project Management <br /> Team reporting to the Graviton Project Manager. The Graviton Associate Project <br /> Manager will administer the Graviton project management tools including SharePoint, <br /> martsheet, OneNote, Miro,Adobe Captivate, and LearnUpon.The Graviton Associate <br /> Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining the project schedule, project <br /> martsheets,and project Miro board. <br /> Solution Architect Graviton will assign a solution architect to Phase 1 HCM and two Solution Architects to <br /> Phase 2 ERP. The solution architects will be responsible for overseeing the functional <br /> nd technical design, and for ensuring the Oracle Cloud modules and corresponding <br /> EMLI development will meet the City's goals as stated in this SOW. <br /> 77 GRAVITON <br /> 01MMM ME <br />
