Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 28 <br />Table: Project Management Track Deliverables <br />Deliverable Acceptance Criteria WBS ID City Role Graviton Role <br />Project <br />Management Plan <br /> <br /> <br />The project management plan deliverable <br />establishes the project management <br />processes to ensure the project team <br />functions with effectiveness and efficiency <br />throughout the project. The project <br />management plan will define the tools and <br />processes for scope management, schedule <br />management, quality assurance, risk and issue <br />management, resource management, and <br />communications management for the project. <br />The project management plan deliverable will <br />include the project schedule. The project <br />schedule will be developed in Smartsheet and <br />will include, but is not limited to, tasks, <br />assigned resources, start dates, and end dates. <br />1.1.1 Phase 1 HCM <br /> <br />The City will assist Graviton <br />in the completion of the <br />Project Management Plan <br />deliverable. The City will <br />actively participate in <br />deliverable related work <br />sessions and complete <br />assigned deliverable related <br />tasks. The City will review <br />deliverable content, provide <br />feedback, and approve <br />deliverable work products. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />leading the project team in <br />the completion of the <br />Project Management Plan <br />deliverable. Graviton will <br />plan, facilitate, and execute <br />deliverable tasks. Graviton <br />will be responsible for <br />generating deliverable <br />content, incorporating City <br />feedback, and submitting <br />deliverable work products <br />for approval. <br />Project Scope <br /> <br /> <br />The project scope deliverable lists the use <br />cases to be achieved through the Oracle Cloud <br />implementation process. The deliverable will <br />identify the corresponding CEMLI, including <br />configurations, reports, integrations, and <br />conversions, that will be deployed to meet the <br />project scope. Upon completion of the project <br />scope deliverable, the project team will <br />institute change control to manage the <br />addition or removal of use cases and <br />corresponding CEMLI to the scope of the <br />project. <br />The Project Scope deliverable will include the <br />first installment of the Requirements <br />Traceability Matrix with functional <br />requirements mapped to Use Cases, CEMLI <br />development items, etc. <br />1.1.2 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.1.2 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />assisting Graviton in the <br />completion of the Project <br />Scope deliverable. The City <br />will actively participate in <br />deliverable related work <br />sessions and complete <br />assigned deliverable related <br />tasks. The City will review <br />deliverable content, provide <br />feedback, and approve <br />deliverable work products. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />leading the project team in <br />the completion of the <br />Project Scope deliverable. <br />Graviton will plan, facilitate, <br />and execute deliverable <br />tasks.
