Graviton <br />will plan, facilitate, and <br />execute deliverable tasks. <br />Graviton will be responsible <br />for generating deliverable <br />content, incorporating City <br />feedback, and submitting <br />deliverable work products <br />for approval. <br />Cutover Plan <br /> <br />The cutover plan deliverable is developed in <br />Smartsheet and will include step-by-step <br />instructions for completing the production <br />cutover, including application configuration <br />management, data conversion sequencing, <br />department assigned tasks, and <br />communication channels for providing status <br />and coordinating joint tasks. <br />1.1.4 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.1.4 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />assisting Graviton in the <br />completion of the Cutover <br />Plan deliverable. The City <br />will actively participate in <br />deliverable related work <br />sessions and complete <br />assigned deliverable related <br />tasks. The City will review <br />deliverable content, provide <br />feedback, and approve <br />deliverable work products. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />leading the project team in <br />the completion of the <br />Cutover Plan deliverable. <br />Graviton will plan, facilitate, <br />and execute deliverable <br />tasks. Graviton will be <br />responsible for generating <br />deliverable content, <br />incorporating City feedback, <br />and submitting deliverable <br />work products for approval. <br />Project Closeout <br /> <br />The project closeout deliverable formally <br />closes the project and marks the transition to <br />an operational state. The project closeout <br />deliverable records the completion of the <br />implementation tasks included in the project <br />schedule and the log of risks, actions, issues, <br />decisions, and changes. Any tasks that have <br />been deferred or canceled by the project <br />management team will be identified. The <br />deliverable provides records of the submission <br />and acceptance of each of the project <br />deliverables. Lastly, the project closeout <br />deliverable serves as a traceability report <br />where the City’s requirements are mapped to <br />1.1.5 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.1.5 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />assisting Graviton in the <br />completion of the Project <br />Closeout deliverable. The <br />City will actively participate <br />in deliverable related work <br />sessions and complete <br />assigned deliverable related <br />tasks.
