Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 39 <br />Deliverable Acceptance Criteria WBS ID City Role Graviton Role <br />conversions to be included in Conference Room <br />Pilot 2 are identified and assigned to CEMLI <br />Cycle 2. <br /> <br />Conference Room <br />Pilot 2 <br /> <br />Conference Room Pilot 2 (CRP2) is a series of <br />work sessions planned for and managed by <br />Graviton with active City participation <br />throughout. The Oracle Cloud applications, <br />inclusive of configurations, reports, integrations, <br />and conversions completed and unit tested as <br />part of CEMLI Cycle 2, are exercised by the <br />project team members during live sessions to <br />revisit core business processes and review non- <br />core end-to-end business processes including <br />approvals, more complex business rules, <br />business processes integrated with 3rd party <br />systems, etc. CRP2 is highlighted by the <br />introduction of integrations and converted <br />definitional data. In each session, Graviton <br />project team members will provide an overview <br />of the changes completed during CEMLI Cycle 2 <br />and any corresponding business process map <br />updates. During the sessions, City project team <br />members will follow along by executing the use <br />cases in the non-production system. City project <br />team members will continue to execute use <br />cases following the sessions and will record the <br />results. Following the sessions, Graviton will <br />conduct “ ffice Hours” support sessions to <br />assist City project team members to complete <br />the uses cases and address any questions that <br />may arise. At the conclusion of CRP2, new use <br />cases to be added and existing business process <br />maps and use cases to be updated are <br />identified, reflecting the project team’s findings <br />from CRP2. Lastly, the scope of configurations, <br />1.2.4 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.2.4 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />coordinating City team <br />members’ participation in <br />the Conference Room Pilot <br />2 work sessions. City <br />project team members will <br />participate in their <br />assigned Conference Room <br />Pilot 2 work sessions and <br />follow up office hours <br />sessions. City project team <br />members will execute their <br />assigned use cases in the <br />designated non-production <br />environment and record <br />their results and feedback <br />in the Conference Room <br />Pilot 2 results Smartsheets, <br />in accordance with the <br />project management <br />processes defined by the <br />Project Management Plan <br />deliverable. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />preparing and leading the <br />Conference Room Pilot 2 <br />work sessions. Graviton will <br />generate work session <br />content and ensure all <br />required topics are included <br />in the appropriate work <br />sessions. Graviton will <br />record the Conference Room <br />Pilot 2 work sessions, <br />making them available to all <br />project team members upon <br />submission of the <br />deliverable. Graviton will <br />conduct follow up office <br />hours sessions to provide <br />support to City team <br />members. At the conclusion <br />of Conference Room Pilot 2 <br />work sessions, Graviton <br />team members will identify <br />the additions and updates to <br />be included in CEMLI Cycle <br />3. <br /> <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 16 – 56 8/5/2025
