Graviton will <br />record the Cloud Business <br />Process Familiarization <br />sessions, making them <br />available to all project team <br />members upon submission <br />of the deliverable. <br />Conference Room <br />Pilot 1 <br /> <br />Conference Room Pilot 1 (CRP1) is a series of <br />work sessions planned for and managed by <br />Graviton with active City participation <br />throughout. The Oracle Cloud applications, <br />inclusive of configurations, reports, integrations, <br />and conversions completed as part of CEMLI <br />Cycle 1, are exercised by the project team <br />members during live sessions to review core <br />end-to-end business processes. In each session, <br />Graviton project team members will provide an <br />overview of the Oracle Cloud applications and <br />business process maps, and then demonstrate <br />use cases in the non-production system. During <br />the sessions, City project team members will <br />follow along by executing the use cases in the <br />non-production system. City project team <br />members will continue to execute use cases <br />following the sessions and will record the <br />results. Graviton will conduct “ ffice Hours” <br />support sessions to assist City project team <br />members to complete the use cases and address <br />any questions that arise. At the conclusion of <br />CRP1, new use cases to be added and existing <br />business process maps and use cases to be <br />updated are identified, reflecting the project <br />team’s findings from CRP1. Lastly, the scope of <br />configurations, reports, integrations, and <br />1.2.3 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.2.3 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />coordinating City team <br />members’ participation in <br />the Conference Room Pilot <br />1 work sessions. City <br />project team members will <br />participate in their <br />assigned Conference Room <br />Pilot 1 work sessions and <br />follow up office hours <br />sessions. City project team <br />members will execute their <br />assigned use cases in the <br />designated non-production <br />environment and record <br />their results and feedback <br />in the Conference Room <br />Pilot 1 results Smartsheets, <br />in accordance with the <br />project management <br />processes defined by the <br />Project Management Plan <br />deliverable. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />preparing and leading the <br />Conference Room Pilot 1 <br />work sessions. Graviton will <br />generate work session <br />content and ensure all <br />required topics are included <br />in the appropriate work <br />sessions. Graviton will <br />record the Conference Room <br />Pilot 1 work sessions, <br />making them available to all <br />project team members upon <br />submission of the <br />deliverable. Graviton will <br />conduct follow up office <br />hours sessions to provide <br />support to City team <br />members. At Conclusion of <br />Conference Room Pilot 1 <br />work sessions, Graviton <br />team members will identify <br />the additions and updates to <br />be included in CEMLI Cycle <br />2. <br /> <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 16 – 55 8/5/2025
