The system test variables, including <br />entrance and exit criteria will be established by <br />the test plan deliverable. System test scenarios <br />will be developed based upon use cases, end-to- <br />end test scripts, and interfaces. System test <br />scenarios will be executed by project team <br />members, and tracked in the Smartsheet system <br />test results tracking sheets. <br />1.2.6 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.2.6 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City will review System <br />Test results and provide <br />approval of the deliverable <br />work products. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />leading the project team in <br />the completion of System <br />Test. Graviton will prepare <br />the system test <br />environment. Graviton will <br />plan, facilitate, and execute <br />system test scenarios in <br />accordance with the <br />corresponding approved <br />Test Plan deliverable. <br />Graviton will record the <br />System Test results in <br />Smartsheet. Graviton will <br />address system test issues <br />and coordinate regression <br />testing of system test <br />scenarios as needed. <br />User Acceptance <br />Test <br /> <br /> <br />User acceptance test is the formal testing of the <br />complete system by the City's project team <br />members and end users. User acceptance test <br />will test the complete system and will be <br />highlighted by completed end user security and <br />workflows, converted data, 3rd party system <br />integration, and advanced reporting. The user <br />acceptance test variables, including entrance <br />and exit criteria, will be established by the test <br />plan deliverable. User acceptance test scenarios <br />will be developed based upon use cases, <br />executed by the City's representatives, and <br />tracked in the Smartsheet user acceptance test <br />results tracking sheet. <br />1.2.7 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.2.7 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />participating in the <br />completion of User <br />Acceptance Test. The City <br />will execute user <br />acceptance test scenarios <br />in accordance with the <br />corresponding approved <br />Test Plan deliverable. The <br />City will record the user <br />acceptance test results in <br />Smartsheet. <br />Graviton will be responsible <br />for leading the User <br />Acceptance Testing. <br />Graviton will prepare the <br />user acceptance test <br />environment. Graviton will <br />address open issues and <br />coordinate regression <br />testing of user acceptance <br />test scenarios as needed. <br />Graviton will administer <br />Smartsheet in support of the <br />User Acceptance Test. <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 16 – 58 8/5/2025
