Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 42 <br />Deliverable Acceptance Criteria WBS ID City Role Graviton Role <br />Payroll Validation <br />Test <br /> <br />Payroll validation test is the formal testing of the <br /> racle Cloud HCM system’s gross pay and gross- <br />to-net pay calculation for the City employee <br />population. The purpose of the test is to run <br />payrolls for multiple payroll periods, for a full <br />population of City personnel, and to validate the <br />gross and gross-to-net pay calculations against <br />the legacy production payroll results for the <br />same payroll periods. The results will be <br />electronically validated against the legacy <br />system payroll output. Differences are <br />reconciled and issues identified and resolved <br />until only agreeable differences remain. The test <br />is repeated until the City agrees the Oracle <br />Cloud HCM system is correctly calculating the <br />City’s payroll. <br />2.2.8 Phase 2 ERP The City is responsible for <br />participating in the <br />preparation of the payroll <br />validation testing. The City <br />is responsible for <br />extracting legacy payroll <br />information to be used in <br />the electronic comparison <br />of payroll results, including <br />a payroll register in .csv <br />format. The City team <br />members will execute the <br />payroll validation test <br />under the direction of <br />Graviton. The City will <br />participate in the <br />reconciliation of payroll <br />validation test results, and <br />in the resolution of issues <br />identified during payroll <br />validation testing. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />leading the project team in <br />accordance with the <br />corresponding Test Plan <br />deliverable, to complete the <br />Payroll Validation Test. <br />Graviton will prepare the <br />payroll validation test <br />environment. Graviton will <br />facilitate the reconciliation <br />of payroll validation test <br />results and take the lead in <br />the resolution of issues <br />identified during payroll <br />validation testing. <br />Production Support <br /> <br />Production support is the period following go <br />live where project team members take the lead <br />in supporting the Oracle Cloud production <br />applications. Production support will be <br />provided in accordance with operational <br />procedures documented in the operations <br />transition plan. By the conclusion of the <br />production support period, project team <br />members will transition all operational <br />responsibility to the designated City resources in <br />accordance with the operations transition plan. <br />1.2.9 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.2.9 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />leading City staff in <br />transitioning the Oracle <br />Cloud system to an <br />operational state. The City <br />will take the lead in the <br />resolution of Level 1 help <br />desk issues and will <br />support Graviton in the <br />resolution of Level 2 and <br />Level 3 help desk issues, as <br />defined by the Operations <br />Transition Plan deliverable. <br />Graviton will support the <br />City in transitioning the <br />Oracle Cloud system to an <br />operational state. Graviton <br />will take the lead in the <br />resolution of Level 2 and <br />Level 3 help desk issues as <br />defined by the Operations <br />Transition Plan deliverable. <br />Graviton will facilitate the <br />resolution of open system <br />issues identified during the <br />production support period. <br /> <br /> <br />City Council 16 – 59 8/5/2025
