Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 43 <br />4.3 CEMLI Track <br />The CEMLI track includes those tasks required to design, build, unit test, and deploy the Oracle Cloud <br />application configuration as well as the conversion, integration, and reporting to meet the City’s <br />requirements as defined by the Project Scope document. The CEMLI track includes seven deliverables <br />spanning the five implementation stages as depicted in the graphic below. <br />Graphic: CEMLI Track Deliverables <br /> <br />The wide range of application configuration and development activities to be performed during the <br />City’s Oracle Cloud application implementation will reside within the CEMLI track. CEMLI stands for <br />configuration, extension, modification, localization, and integration. Graviton has also added the <br />category Data Conversion. <br />4.3.1 CEMLI Categories <br />For each category of CEMLI the project team will follow Oracle Unified Method (OUM) best practices in <br />the completion of the individual CEMLIs. he project team’s implementation approach for addressing <br />each category of CEMLI is documented below. <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 16 – 60 8/5/2025
