Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 52 <br />4.3.3 CEMLI Track Deliverables <br />There are seven CEMLI Track deliverables to be completed over the course of implementation. The <br />graphic below depicts the implementation stages and the corresponding technical deliverables that will <br />be completed. Each deliverable will be included in the project schedule. <br />Graphic: CEMLI Track Deliverables <br /> <br />The table below lists the CEMLI Track deliverables, the deliverable acceptance criteria, the City role in <br />the completion of the deliverable, and the role Graviton will play in the completion of the deliverable. <br />Upon development of the deliverable, the Graviton project manager will submit the deliverable and the <br />City will review and approved the deliverable in accordance with the deliverable submission and <br />approval process defined by the Project Management Plan deliverable that will be developed and <br />approved during the plan stage of the project. <br /> <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 16 – 69 8/5/2025
