Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 61 <br />Table: Change Management Track Deliverables <br />Deliverable Acceptance Criteria WBS ID City Role Graviton Role <br />Change <br />Management Plan <br /> <br />The purpose of the Change Management Plan <br />is to define the approach, methods, tools, <br />resources, and schedule for the <br />communications, department readiness, and <br />operations transition workstreams within the <br />Change Management Implementation track. <br />The Change Management Plan will be <br />completed during the design stage of the <br />project. <br />1.4.1 Phase 1 HCM <br /> <br />The City will assist Graviton <br />in the completion of the <br />Change Management Plan <br />deliverable. The City will <br />actively participate in <br />deliverable related work <br />sessions and complete <br />assigned deliverable related <br />tasks. The City will review <br />deliverable content, provide <br />feedback, and approve <br />deliverable work products. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />leading the project team in <br />the completion of the <br />Change Management Plan <br />deliverable. Graviton will <br />plan, facilitate, and execute <br />deliverable tasks. Graviton <br />will be responsible for <br />generating deliverable <br />content, incorporating City <br />feedback, and submitting <br />deliverable work products <br />for approval. <br />Communications <br />Plan <br /> <br />The Communications Plan is completed during <br />the Design stage, and describes the approach <br />and methods used to create and manage <br />communications to ensure the City <br />stakeholders and users have the information <br />required for successful implementation of the <br />Oracle Cloud applications and business <br />processes. The project team will perform a <br />stakeholder analysis to identify the groups and <br />individuals that are involved with or impacted <br />by the implementation of the Oracle Cloud <br />applications. The Communications Plan then <br />establishes the structure for communications <br />as well as the “who, what, when and where” <br />details for the communications. <br />1.4.2 Phase 1 HCM <br /> <br />The City will assist Graviton <br />in the completion of the <br />Communications Plan <br />deliverable. The City will <br />actively participate in <br />deliverable related work <br />sessions and complete <br />assigned deliverable related <br />tasks.
