Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 62 <br />Deliverable Acceptance Criteria WBS ID City Role Graviton Role <br />changes during the design stage. Those <br />changes will culminate in a Change Impact <br />Analysis deliverable being submitted during <br />the build stage. <br /> <br />Graviton will provide the templates, tools, and <br />direction for the Change Impact Analysis. Prior to the conclusion of <br />the test stage the project team will assess <br />department readiness for implementation. <br />Department readiness will be measured by <br />reviewing the progress of individual <br />departments against their corresponding <br />department work plans along with outreach to <br />some or all departments as required. The <br />Department Readiness Assessment deliverable <br />will be completed during the test stage of the <br />project. <br /> <br />Graviton will develop department workplans <br />in Smartsheet, and the City will assign the <br />workplans to the departments and gather <br />status. <br />1.4.4 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.4.4 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />leading City staff in the <br />coordination of Department <br />Readiness tasks. The City <br />will distribute Graviton <br />developed department work <br />plans and will coordinate the <br />gathering of status with the <br />City departments. The City <br />will escalate issues and risks <br />to departments and will <br />facilitate project team <br />support of those <br />departments. <br />Graviton will support the <br />City in the completion of the <br />Department Readiness <br />deliverable work products. <br />Graviton will facilitate the <br />planning of the deliverable, <br />actively participating in the <br />deliverable related work <br />sessions and complete <br />assigned deliverable related <br />tasks. <br />Operations <br />Transition Plan <br /> <br />Critical to the project will be the eventual <br />transition of the system administration and <br />support into a steady state operational model. <br />The purpose of the Operations Transition Plan <br />deliverable is to provide the City with specific <br />and detailed recommendations for post <br />1.4.5 Phase 1 HCM <br /> <br />The City is responsible for <br />assisting Graviton in the <br />completion of the <br />Operations Transition Plan <br />deliverable.
