Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 69 <br />Table: Training Track Deliverables <br />Deliverable Acceptance Criteria WBS ID City Role Graviton Role <br />End User Training <br />Plan <br /> <br />The approach to end user training will be to <br />deploy a blended learning program including <br />both on demand and instructor-led training. <br />The end user training plan will detail each <br />variable required to implement the eLearning <br />program. The plan will establish training <br />courses based on the use cases developed by <br />the project team during the design and build <br />stages. The training courses and <br />corresponding use cases will be the basis for <br />the end user training curriculum. For each <br />training course the end user training plan will <br />list the planned City attendees. Lastly, all <br />learning management system configuration <br />and administration decisions to deploy the <br />blended learning program will be defined. <br /> <br />1.5.1 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.5.1 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City will assist Graviton <br />in the completion of the End <br />User Training Plan <br />deliverable. The City will <br />actively participate in <br />deliverable related work <br />sessions and complete <br />assigned deliverable related <br />tasks. The City will review <br />deliverable content, provide <br />feedback, and approve <br />deliverable work products. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />leading the project team in <br />the completion of the End <br />User Training Plan <br />deliverable. Graviton will <br />plan, facilitate, and execute <br />deliverable tasks. Graviton <br />will be responsible for <br />generating deliverable <br />content, incorporating City <br />feedback, and submitting <br />deliverable work products for <br />approval. <br />End User Training <br />Content <br /> <br />End User Training Content will consist of job <br />aids and end user training videos. Job aids <br />are the equivalent of desktop procedures <br />that reflect the step-by-step processes <br />documented in the use cases which are <br />developed and maintained by the Graviton <br />project team. Job aids will serve as <br />operational documents to be referenced by <br />the City's users following the project’s <br />transition to an operational state. In addition <br />to job aids, the project team will develop end <br />user training videos that are also based upon <br />the step-by-step processes documented in <br />the use cases. End user training videos will <br />elaborate on the business processes captured <br />in the use cases by incorporating additional <br />process flows and narratives. <br />1.5.2 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.5.2 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />identifying the Job Aids and <br />Training Videos to be <br />developed by the Graviton <br />team. The City will actively <br />participate in the <br />development of end user <br />training content by providing <br />feedback to the Graviton <br />team and where appropriate. <br />The City will approve all end <br />user training content prior to <br />it being made available to <br />City users. <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />leading the project team in <br />the completion of the End <br />User Training Content <br />deliverable. Graviton will <br />plan, facilitate, and execute <br />the creation of Job Aids and <br />Training Videos as defined by <br />the End User Training Plan <br />deliverable. Graviton will <br />review end user training <br />content with the City, <br />addressing feedback by <br />updating the content <br />accordingly. <br /> <br /> <br />City Council 16 – 86 8/5/2025
