Exhibit A Scope of Work – Graviton Consultant Agreement <br /> 70 <br />Deliverable Acceptance Criteria WBS ID City Role Graviton Role <br /> <br />The Graviton project team will develop 50 job <br />aids and 10 end user training videos for <br />Phase 1 HCM. The Graviton project team will <br />develop 75 job aids and 15 end user training <br />videos for Phase 2 ERP. If the City <br />determines that additional training <br />documentation is needed, additional support <br />will be managed in accordance with the <br />Oracle Cloud Implementation scope <br />management process to be documented in <br />the Project Management Plan deliverable. <br /> <br />The project management team will <br />document the job aids and end user training <br />videos to be produced in the End User <br />Training Plan deliverable. All job aids and end <br />user training videos are the property of the <br />City and will be transitioned to the City no <br />later than the completion of the Project <br />Closeout deliverable. <br />End User Training <br /> <br />In the blended learning training approach, <br />end user training is delivered in both an <br />online on-demand format and an in-person <br />instructor led format. Graviton will be <br />responsible for ensuring the delivery of <br />online on-demand training by administering <br />the optional Graviton learning management <br />system (LMS), and for ensuring designated <br />users have access to the Graviton LMS and <br />corresponding content is being delivered in <br />accordance with the End User Training Plan. <br />Graviton will be responsible for delivering in- <br />person instructor-led training. Graviton will <br />administer the LMS to support the instructor- <br />led training. <br />1.5.3 Phase 1 HCM <br />2.5.3 Phase 2 ERP <br />The City is responsible for <br />coordinating City team <br />members’ participation in <br />the end user training <br />program. City end users will <br />complete their assigned <br />courses in accordance with <br />the End User Training Plan <br />deliverable. Online training <br />attendees will complete <br />assigned LearnUpon learning <br />management system <br />courses, and in-person <br />training attendees will <br />Graviton is responsible for <br />administering the LearnUpon <br />learning management system <br />to support the end user <br />training program. Graviton <br />will provide the required <br />support to ensure City end <br />users are assigned the <br />correct courses and that all <br />content is available as <br />defined by the End User <br />Training Plan deliverable. <br />Graviton will deliver in- <br />person training as defined by <br />  <br />  <br />City Council 16 – 87 8/5/2025
