Nursing Assistant Training Program <br /> It is the student's responsibility to contact Career Services if the need arises. <br /> Completion Requirements <br /> Exit Exam <br /> To as readiness, the CNA student is required to take an Exit Exam at the end of the <br /> program with a passing score of 80%. LGL College currently uses summative tool <br /> that i neasure the student's probability of passing the Certified Nursing Assistant EN am. <br /> It covers all major Certified Nursing Assistant Exam client need categories. It is a <br /> timed test and is administered electronically. <br /> Non-Academic Requirement <br /> To be eligible for program completion/graduation, the student has to comply with th <br /> following requirements: <br /> 1. Financial Standing. The student must be current with their financial obligati ns <br /> with the school and/or complete all financial aid documentation requirements <br /> 2. Attendance. The student has no missing hours from 60 hours of theory or 100 h urs <br /> of clinical. <br /> 3. Verification of Employment. Students are required to sign a verification of <br /> employment. Data derived from this verification is solely for the purpose of <br /> tracking student's post-graduate status to meet accreditation requirements. <br /> 4. Completion of Exit Survey. Students are required to complete the exit survey. <br /> The data generated from the exit survey will be used for continuing program <br /> development initiatives to meet accreditation requirements. <br /> Remediation and Dismissal <br /> Reme iation <br /> Maste Plan <br /> Mast ry Planning is a risk-reduction approach designed to help the student identify <br /> issue /concerns that could hinder him/her from attaining terminal objectives and fin <br /> strate ies to foster success. <br /> Mastery Planning is done in person with the student or electronically when personal <br /> advising is not feasible. Mastery Plan must be submitted by the instructor to the Pro ram <br /> Direc or for filing. <br /> Dismh sal <br /> The College reserves the right to dismiss any student who: <br /> i. Exhibits conduct, which is found by the administration to be disruptive or <br /> detrimental to fellow students, other individuals, the community, or the <br /> College <br /> 2.
