Determination of re-admission hall <br /> be ba ed on the cause of dismissal which require Student Appeal process. A student's <br /> appe 1 for re-admission may be declined if deemed accordingly. A student has only one <br /> (1) chance to be re-admitted to the program. <br /> A student who was dismissed because of academic failure and requested to be re-admitted <br /> must be evaluated by nursing department for both skills and academic level. <br /> After re-admission, the student must achieve the minimum grade required for that course <br /> to show satisfactory academic progress. Failure to pass any subsequent term following re- <br /> admh sion will result in the student being dismissed. <br /> Studc nts dismissed from the College for any form of misconduct especially those lh ted in <br /> the C 11ege policy/procedure, are not eligible for re-admission. <br /> Re-a mission is at the discretion of LGL College's Program Director and the student ff ust pay <br /> full tt ition for re-entry. <br /> Withdrawal Policy <br /> STUD <NT'S RIGHT T4 CANCEL <br /> Refund Policy: Student has right to cancel a) if Student withdraws from the program befo e the <br /> start da e, Student shall receive a refund of all payments made, except for a non-refundab e <br /> registra Lion fee of$600, b) Student withdraws from the program by the 7th day, Students lall <br /> receive a refund of all payments made, except for a non-refundable registration fee of$60 , and <br /> Live Scan fee of$100. Students requesting to cancel or withdraw after the 71h day do not get a <br /> refund. Right to cancel and withdrawal requests must be communicated with the instructo and <br /> with the program director through email for the request to be executed and the refund issued.. <br /> Studen s who stop attending classes without notifying .LGL College will be considered to have <br /> "unofficially withdrawn". When this happens, a review will be performed, in conjunctio with <br /> the stuc ent's faculty member(s) for the term, to determine the last date of attendance.
