Nursing Assistant Training Program <br /> submitting a written statement documenting the basis of the complaint, all people <br /> involved, any adverse consequences, and corrective action sought to the Director <br /> of Education. The Director of Education will convene a review committee within <br /> thirty (10) days to render a decision. Each case is decided on its own merit and the <br /> decision of the committee is final and not subject to appeal, unless there is <br /> e� which was available at the timee <br /> Vial request. All decisions rendered by the committee are valid for one yca <br /> from the date of decision. <br /> Other Matters <br /> Graduation Ceremony <br /> LGL ollege determines the feasibility of holding an annual graduation and/or pinning <br /> cerery ony. Should a ceremony be held, a committee participated by student-graduates is <br /> organized. The committee helps in planning and hosting the event. <br /> Release of Official Academic Records <br /> Official academic records are only released by the College. Completion of both End of- <br /> Term Academic and Non-Academic Requirements may be needed. Fees may be <br /> applicable, For more information, the candidate should contact LGL College. <br /> Retention of student Records <br /> Stude it paper records are retained for 4 years, Live Scan forms are retained for 1 yeE r, <br /> and eI ctronic records on the learning management system is retained indefinitely. <br /> Housii ig <br /> LGL College does not have dormitory facilities under its control. The availability of housing is <br /> single family and multi-residential homes. The cost range to rent or lease a residential fac lity is <br /> between $1,00044,000 per month. LGL College is not responsible for housing or assistin in <br /> finding a candidate housing. <br /> Gainful employment <br /> 31-1131 Nursing Assistants <br /> Providc or assist with basic care or support under the direction of onsite licensed nursing taff <br /> Perforrii duties such as monitoring of health status, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, <br /> toiletin , or ambulation of patients in a health or nursing facility. May include medication <br /> admini tration and other health-related tasks. Includes nursing care attendants, nursing aic es, and <br /> nursing attendants.
