Exhibit A Scope of Work— Graviton Consultant Agreement <br />3 Oracle Cloud Implementation Scope <br />The Graviton project team will collaborate with the City of Santa Ana (City) project team members to <br />implement the Oracle Cloud applications to meet the City requirements documented in RFP No. 23- <br />132 for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Including Implementation Services. The Oracle <br />Cloud applications will be implemented by the Graviton project team in a manner consistent with the <br />Graviton proposal response, proof of concept demonstrations, and request for clarification response. <br />Appendix A of this Statement of Work (SOW) includes the Graviton/Oracle response to the City <br />requirements to RFP No. 23-132 Appendix A— Requirements. Implementation of the Oracle Cloud <br />solution will result in a significant transformation of City business processes. Through this <br />transformation, the City's objectives include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />• Provide a single, comprehensive and integrated solution to manage the City's financial and <br />human resource furnctions: <br />• Reduce or eliminate the need for redundant data entry; <br />• Reduce or eliminate the need for manual input when preparing the annual budget and <br />financial statements; <br />• Provide an up-to-date, user friendly and intuitive user interface to promote system use and <br />productivity; <br />• Streamline business processes to take advantage of best practices through automation, <br />integration, and workflows; <br />• Provide interface capabilities with third -party sytems used for permitting, water billing, <br />business license, the zoo, recreation, dog license, and others; <br />• Improve and provide necessary reports and access to data through inquiry or drill down <br />capabilities; and <br />• Provide a vendor self-service portal and an employee self-service portal. <br />To ensure a successful project, the Graviton team will develop a detailed project scope including <br />specific application features, configurations, extensions, integrations, conversions, and <br />recommendations for changes in city business processes. The detail scope will be finalized as part of <br />the Project Scope deliverable to be developed, reviewed, and approved at the conclusion of the build <br />stage of the implementation. Following the City's review and approval of the Project Scope <br />deliverable, the project team will implement change control processes to manage implementation <br />scope for the remainder of the project. Those change control processes will be documented in the <br />Project Management Plan deliverable to be completed during the plan stage of implementation. The <br />initial scope of Oracle Cloud Applications to be implemented, data to be converted, and interfaces to <br />be developed, based upon the City RFP and Statement of Work discussions is listed in the sections <br />below. <br />3.1 Oracle Cloud Applications <br />The graphic below depicts two implementation phases — Phase 1 HCM and Phase 2 ERP.
