Exhibit A Scope of Work— Graviton Consultant Agreement <br />4.5 Training Track <br />The training track includes the deliverables and tasks to complete the training requirements to support <br />the organizations' transition to the Oracle Cloud applications. The transition to cloud -based systems <br />requires a greater emphasis on end user training due to both the system and business process changes <br />that will be implemented. The project team will implement a blended learning end user training <br />program for the City. The timing is due to the <br />availability of a mature set of business process maps and use cases, where the business process track <br />has completed Conference Room Pilot 3. The inventory of use cases will be leveraged in the <br />development of the end user training plan, where the project team defines the users that need to be <br />trained, the business processes they are to be trained on, when training will be delivered, and how the <br />training will be conducted. <br />Following the development of the end user training plan, the focus will shift to the development of <br />training content. The approach to training content will be to take a subset of use cases in a designated <br />end user training course, and leveraging the step-by-step instructions within the use case, develop job <br />aids and training content. <br />The final step in the deployment of the training program is the delivery of end user training. For core <br />users, Graviton will deliver in person classroom training. For casual end users, Graviton will deliver <br />online learning, which will allow users to take online, self -paced, on demand training. On demand <br />training can be taken repeatedly by the end user before and after go -live. <br />4.5.1 End User Training Tools <br />Graviton will provide the following end user training tools to support the City and the project team in <br />the development of an effective end user training program. <br />4.5.1.1 End User Training PDF Job Aids: Microsoft Word <br />Graviton will develop end user training job aids in PDF. Job aids are step-by-step end user instructions <br />that include screen shots, navigation, and written steps for completing online transactions in the Oracle <br />Cloud system.
