Use caution when opening attachments or links.
We are not property owners or residents of the area included in this proposed amendment but we are very
concerned about it and urge you not to adopt it. We are owners of business property close to this area and our
family depends on rental income from it. This change will drive businesses out of Santa Ana, including some
that the City of Santa Ana, its agencies and departments depend on for materials and services, increasing costs
to the City while diminishing its tax base and revenues. This change will send a chilling message to business
owners in Santa Ana that the same could happen in their area.

Sincerely - Roger

Planning Commission 1 – 218 3/6/2025
