Contingent upon <br />approval of the CUP by the Planning Department/Planning Commission, the conditions listed below <br />are applicable to this project; please provide them in the resolution issued to the applicant. If you <br />need additional information or clarification, please contact me by phone or email: (714) 573-6181, <br />jonathanhobbs@ocfa.org. <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />Plan Submittal: The applicant or responsible party shall submit the plan(s) listed below to the Orange <br />County Fire Authority for review.
