3.Provide detailed information on the operations including hours, programs, capacity seating <br />etc. Additional comments may be provided upon receiving this information. <br />4.Revise the site plan to depict and note the installation of one (1) streetlight in front of <br />property frontage on Daimler Street per approved street improvement plans and City <br />standards. Work shall include conduit, conductors, streetlights and service pedestal, as <br />needed. City street light standards are available on the City website. Contact Cesar <br />Rodriguez at (714) 647-5626 for street light questions. <br />5.For street light plans provide: <br />•Streetlight drawing showing service point, pedestal, conduits, wires, street light <br />locations, etc. <br />•SCE service point drawing; <br />•As-built plans. <br />6.A focus site access study will be required particularly line of sight, planned operations <br />(dates, times, # of expected participants). NOTE: if any CEQA is required, a VMT will be <br />needed. <br />7.Revise the site plan to depict and note full depth reconstruction of the existing AC <br />pavement from the street centerline to the gutter lip edge along the frontage of both <br />proposed entrance driveways on Daimler St. <br />8.Provide details of any paving and stripping, including the cross section of proposed <br />pavement of the parking lot, if applicable. <br />NOTE: Provide paving square footage, cross section, limits, type of improvement, if any, <br />etc. Additional requirements may apply, including a WQMP. <br />9.Revise the site plan to add the note “This site will be designed and constructed in <br />accordance with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board Santa Ana Region <br />Order No. R8-2009-0030 discharge requirements (MS4 Permit).” Contact Ehab Elias at <br />(714) 647-5627 for additional information. <br />B.Prior to Submittal into Building plan check, complete the following: <br />1.Provide a copy of the fully approved site plan to Public Works. <br />2.Begin review process of surface drainage/grading/utility plans, erosion control plan, water <br />quality management plan, street improvement plan, lot merger application, and dedication <br />mapping as described below under “Section C. Prior to issuance of building permit”, by <br />making the initial submittal of the listed plans and maps, pay all related plan checking <br />deposits for such documents at the Public Works counter at the time of submittal. <br />C.Prior to issuance of a building permit, complete the following: <br />2 <br />
