In addition to those exclusions previously <br /> noted, the following will be excluded from the scope of work: <br /> • Unobservable Conditions or Areas of Inaccessibility. BDC will only <br /> conduct inspections of accessible areas and areas that can be <br /> inspected using aerial drones. <br /> • ADA Compliance. BDC will not assess or opine to any of the station's <br /> compliance to the American with Disabilities Act(ADA). <br /> • Environmental Conditions. BDC will not assess nor opine to <br /> environmental conditions or the presence of hazardous substances. <br /> • Structural Conditions. BDC will not assess nor opine to any potential <br /> deficiencies in structural conditions of the stations other than making <br /> observations of areas that warrant further review. As indicated <br /> previously, OCFA .will contract separately and independently with an <br /> OCFA-approved licensed structural engineer for conducting and <br /> structural analysis. <br /> • Assessment of Capacity or Code Compliance of Electrical <br /> Systems. BDC will not access nor opine to the respective stations' <br /> compliance to building codes, including Title 24, nor the adequacy of <br /> load capacity of existing wiring and panels. <br /> • Assessment of Capacity or Code Compliance of Gas Lines and <br /> Plumbing. BDC will not access nor opine to the respective stations' <br /> compliance to building codes, including Title 24, nor the adequacy of <br /> capacity of any gas lines or plumbing. <br /> Committed Organizational Staff <br /> BDC anticipates three (3) principals having the most involvement, Of them, the <br /> following two individuals will be conducting physical inspections off all stations <br /> and collectively providing an assessment of each: <br /> Jeff Baize, Assoc. AIA, DRE License: #01005485 <br /> Role: BDC Principal and Owner <br /> 8 <br />
