KDC Systems <br />An EMCOR Company <br />Secondly, KDC Systems would use this service call to review system logs to detect <br />emerging issues. Special attention would be paid to alarm logs. Recurring alarms can be <br />indicative of an emerging problem which needs attention. Alternatively, they may <br />indicate an alarm that needs to be tuned or reprogrammed. KDC envisions working with <br />City of Santa Ana to reduce the volume of nuisance alarms generated and 'rationalize' <br />the system alarms. <br />2.5.3. Software Updates / Patches <br />KDC Systems can contractually monitor all city control automation software and <br />firmware for updates. Software Updates will be applied at regular intervals (such as <br />quarterly). In the case of emergencies (e.g. Security patches) we will notify the City of <br />Santa Ana and expedite the installation. <br />Firmware upgrades will be applied as agreed with City of Santa Ana. <br />3. KDC <br />Systems has been in business for 30+ years and during this time we have designed <br />1004's of panels. <br />We have developed drawings based on customer preferences. We will adhere strictly to <br />the Santa Ana conventions and standards. <br />We will be available, upon request, to conduct field investigations.
