Well 40 Programming and Consulting Services Scope of Work <br />EA Project Number: EA25CSAI 60, 0.0.0 <br />1 Proposal Background <br />ENTERPRISE <br />AUTOMATION <br />AT -TECH -NY <br />In March 2018, the City of Santa Ana awarded Enterprise Automation (EA) a three-year <br />professional services agreement to provide SCADA and PLC "Change Management" services <br />which was extended an additional two years and awarded again in 2023. In this role, EA is <br />responsible for promoting and implementing standardization and best practices throughout the <br />City's water distribution SCADA system. EA has been providing SCADA integration services to the <br />City of Santa Ana since 2014 through several projects including East Pump Station, SA-5, San <br />Lorenzo Lift Station, Well 38, Garthe Pump Station, Walnut Pump Station, and more. <br />Additionally, Enterprise Automation is one of the City's contracted systems integrators <br />responsible for PLC and HMI programming. The focus of this project is the design and <br />implementation of the control systems at Well 40. <br />EA's specific deliverables and tasks for this project are: <br />Develop the following design documentation for Well 40 <br />a. Panel design (ready for fabrication drawing set and design calculations) <br />b. PLC Functional Specification (Functional Specification) <br />c. Loop drawings <br />2. Host Control Strategy and HMI Screen Development Workshops <br />3. Procure anew Magelis HMI for the Well 40 control panel <br />4. Program the PLC and HMI for Well 40 <br />5. Generate PLC Testing documentation <br />6. Execute SCADA Factory Acceptance Testing <br />7. Execute Site Acceptance Testing <br />8. Develop operator training manuals and deliver training sessions <br />9. Value Added Services <br />a. Project initiation, meetings, and project management services <br />b. Develop the following design documentation for Well 40 <br />i. Tag, 10, and equipment lists <br />ii. HMI Design <br />iii. Network overview drawing <br />c. Execute internal PLC and HMI integrated testing <br />d. Develop panel testing procedures and checklists <br />e. Execute panel FAT <br />f. Provide deployment planning documentation and workshops <br />g. Execute onsite deployment activities pre -SAT <br />h. Deliver post -commissioning as -built design documents <br />
