Well 40 Programming and Consulting Services Scope of Work <br />EA Project Number: EA25CSAI 60, 0.0.0 <br />2 Project Goals <br />The goals of this project are: <br />ENTERPRISE <br />AUTOMATION <br />AT -TECH -NY <br />1. Develop designs according to the City's existing SCADA, PLC, 01T, network, 10, and panel <br />standards. <br />2. Ensure that the control requirements for Well 40 are thoroughly documented. <br />3. Help the City achieve their long-term goal to standardize their entire water distribution <br />SCADA system. <br />4. Develop PLC and HMI programs according to developed design documentation <br />5. Test and deploy Well 40 PLC programs, HMI programs, and PLC control panel <br />6. Train operations staff on usage of the control system for Well 40 <br />7. Reduce budget and operational risk from the implementation and commissioning phases <br />of this project. <br />3 Assumptions <br />Please see Section 5 for Assumptions and Clarifications. Note: many assumptions and <br />clarifications listed must be considered in the context of the content in this scope, otherwise they <br />may seem unclear or inconsistent. <br />
