22 <br />2. C2AP, C3AP, CAPP, CMAP contractors shall be reimbursed for an audited <br />claim that is the least of the following: <br />a. The maximum reimbursable amount as stated in the annual childcare and <br />development contract; or <br />b. The amount earned, which are reimbursable expenditures of: <br />i. Direct payments to providers, (which consist of the rate charged by the <br />provider in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory <br />provision, not to exceed the Regional Market Rate Ceiling), and which <br />includes family fees for certified children and interest earned on <br />advanced contract funds; and <br />ii. Actual administrative and costs for support services, as defined in <br />section X, Definitions, which combined cannot exceed seventeen- and <br />one-half percent (17.5%) of the total contract amount. No more than <br />fifteen percent (15%) may be for administrative costs, as described in <br />paragraph D, Administrative Costs, above, alone. <br />3. CFCC contractors shall be reimbursed for an audited claim that is the lesser <br />of the following: <br />a. The maximum reimbursable amount as stated in the annual child <br />development contract; or <br />b. The amount earned which is defined as net reimbursable program costs, <br />of which at least seventy percent (70%) must be payments for direct <br />services, not more than thirty percent (30%) may be for support services <br />and administrative costs together, and no more than fifteen percent (15%) <br />may be for administrative costs, including indirect costs if applicable, <br />alone. <br />4. CRRP contractors shall be reimbursed for an audited claim that is the lesser <br />of the following: <br />a. The maximum reimbursable amount as stated in the annual childcare and <br />development contract; or <br />b. The actual and allowable net costs. <br />5. CLPC contractors shall be reimbursed for an audited claim that is the lesser <br />of the following: <br />a. The maximum reimbursable amount as stated in the annual childcare and <br />development contract; or
