23 <br />b. The actual and allowable net costs which include the Local Match <br />Requirement. Each contractor shall contribute a match in the form of <br />monetary and/or in-kind services, equal to 25% of the annual 1998/99 <br />LPC grant award amount. The local contribution for this contract is shown <br />on the contract face sheet. This amount must be reported on the quarterly <br />expenditure report under revenue and expenses in CPARIS. CPARIS can <br />be accessed on DSS’s website at CPARIS. If you need more information <br />about how to submit your Support Contract Expenses report, contact your <br />assigned fiscal analyst. <br />L. Child Care Provider Reimbursement (Section 24, Chapter 41, Statutes of <br />2024, (AB 116)) <br />1. Contractors utilizing a Family Child Care Home Education Network service <br />delivery model, under a CMIG, CCTR, or CFCC contract, shall reimburse <br />providers who are open and available to provide services based upon a <br />families’ certified schedule as follows: <br />a. Providers shall be reimbursed based on the maximum authorized hours of <br />care regardless of attendance. <br />b. For families certified for a variable schedule, providers shall be reimbursed <br />based on the maximum authorized hours, regardless of attendance. <br />c. Reimbursement, for providers participating in a family child care home <br />education network, shall be made within 21 calendar days of the <br />submission of a daily sign-in/sign-out sheet. <br />2. Voucher-based contractors shall reimburse childcare providers based on the <br />following criteria: <br />a. The certified schedule, regardless of attendance. <br />b. For families with variable schedules, the maximum hours approved on the <br />certified schedule, regardless of attendance. <br />c. For license-exempt providers the maximum hours approved on the <br />certified schedule, regardless of attendance. <br />d. Reimbursement to providers shall be made within 21 calendar days of the <br />receipt of a complete invoice for services. <br />M. Minimum Days of Operation (5 CCR 18055) <br />If the contractor fails to operate at least ninety-eight percent (98%) of the <br />minimum days of operation as specified in the agencies approved program <br />calendar, ceases operation or the contract is terminated prior to the end of the <br />contract period, the maximum reimbursable amount shall be reduced in
