29 <br />contractor’s reporting period, shall be deemed delinquent and <br />apportionment(s) shall be withheld until the required report is received. If the <br />20th falls on a weekend or a holiday, then the report is due the next business <br />day. <br />2. Contractors shall submit reports containing the following information for each <br />contract to the CDFS: <br />a. Days of enrollment, as indicated on the family’s Notice of Action, for all <br />children served in the program in the current reporting period and year to <br />date. <br />b. Days of attendance, per the child’s sign in and out records and other <br />accompanying attendance records, for all children served in the program <br />in the current reporting period and year to date. <br />c. Total days of operation in the current reporting period and year to date. <br />d. All services, revenues, and expenditures for both subsidized and non- <br />subsidized children, if non-subsidized and subsidized children are <br />commingled as defined in Section X, Definitions. <br />e. Amount and sources of all revenues, including restricted and unrestricted <br />income utilized for the child development program, other than advanced <br />contract funds for the current reporting period and the year-to-date. <br />f. Restricted income that is not expended during the contract period remains <br />restricted and shall be considered deferred revenue and is not reported on <br />the Attendance and Expenditure Reports until expended, at which time it <br />is reported as restricted income. <br />g. Total expenditures related to the program operation for the current <br />reporting period and the year-to-date total, including all expenses for <br />specific purposes, as designated by restricted income and all non- <br />reimbursable expenses. <br />3. Reports not received by the due date shall be considered delinquent. <br />Reductions for delinquent reporting are specified in Section III, paragraph N, <br />Reduction, Withholding, and Canceling Apportionments. <br />4. Contractors on conditional status or provisional status shall report monthly. <br />5. Contractors will submit and certify reports online and they will be certified by <br />staff authorized to confirm that the information contained in the report is <br />correct and complete to the best of your knowledge. Contractors have sixty <br />(60) days from the audit submission due date to submit a revised final report . <br />For local educational agencies, the final report shall be the final accounting of
