74 <br />defined in H&WC, Section 1596.78 and is license pursuant to the requirements in <br />HSC Section 1596.80. (WIC 10491) <br />Licensed provider means an individual or organization that has obtained a <br />childcare license, as specified in 22 CCR 101152; HSC 1596.90, et seq. <br />Maximum reimbursable amount means the total dollar amount of a contract. <br />Reimbursement from the State shall not exceed the maximum reimbursable <br />amount. The initial maximum reimbursable amount shall be the approved <br />original version of the annual contract based on the Budget Act as signed by the <br />Governor. (5 CCR 18013(o)) <br />Maximum subsidy amount means the regional market rate ceiling plus any <br />applicable adjustments for: (5 CCR 18074.1(b)) <br />a. Evenings and/or Weekends for Licensed Providers pursuant to 5 CCR, <br />Section 18075.1; or <br />b. Children with Exceptional Needs pursuant to 5 CCR, Section 18075.2. <br />Member of the household means a member of the family as defined above. <br />Migrant agricultural worker family for Migrant Childcare and Development <br />(CMIG) and Migrant Alternative Payment (CMAP) programs, means a family that <br />has earned at least fifty percent (50%) of its total gross income from employment <br />in fishing, agriculture, or agriculturally related work during the twelve (12) month <br />period immediately preceding the date of application services. (WIC 10236) <br />Monthly attendance record or invoice means documentation that includes, at <br />a minimum, the name of the child receiving services, the dates and actual times <br />care was provided each day, including the time the child entered and the time the <br />child left care each day, that is signed under penalty of perjury by both the parent <br />or guardian and the childcare provider, attesting that the information provided is <br />accurate. (WIC 10227.5) <br />Net reimbursable program costs means the portion of the actual and allowable <br />net costs that are incurred in the provision of childcare and development services <br />for subsidized children. (5 CCR 18013(p)) <br />New contract means either: <br />a. A contract award to applicants who do not currently contract with the <br />CDSS for childcare and development services; or <br />b. A contract award to current contractor that is for a program type as <br />specified in WIC 10213.5 that is different than the child development <br />contract(s) currently administered by the applicant.
