The test report must include all the required records of all tests performed, <br /> test data, the location being tested, the equipment tested, the company <br /> performing the tests, a statement whether the system or component tested meets <br /> the required standards, and the name and signature of the person responsible for <br /> conducting the tests. <br /> 8. Contractor must report all system deficiencies within 24-hours to Phil Neff, <br /> Facilities Maintenance Manager, by e-mail: pneff@santa-ana.org or phone (714) 719- <br /> 2526. <br /> Performance Hours <br /> All work must be performed Monday through Thursday between the hours 7:00 a.m. and <br /> 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified. The City is closed for business on alternate <br /> Fridays of every month. In addition, routine maintenance, testing and inspection work <br /> must not be scheduled on the City's recognized holidays as follows: New Year's Day, <br /> Martin Luther King Jr., President's Day, Cesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day, <br /> Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after <br /> Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. <br /> Program Schedule <br /> 1. Contractor and Facilities Maintenance will coordinate a testing schedule, in the <br /> spirit of best management practices to advise City staff seven days in advance of <br /> work performed. <br /> 2. Contractor must strictly comply with the schedule once it has been reviewed and <br /> approved. If it is necessary to deviate from the schedule, the contractor must notify <br /> the Facilities Maintenance Manager, or a designee, a minimum of two (2) working <br /> days prior to the deviation. <br /> 3. Contractor must prepare and submit a revised schedule within five(5)working days <br /> after request. <br /> 4. The contractor must become familiar with the past testing schedule and will <br /> propose a schedule which will be subject to the review and approval of the <br /> Facilities Maintenance Manager. Any such proposal which concentrates the testing in <br /> the later period of the Contract will be rejected. <br /> 5. Individual tests will be scheduled for any new equipment as they are added. <br /> 6. The Contractor must not interfere with the normal activities of the facility during the test <br /> procedure without approval of the Facilities Maintenance Manager.
