Example initiatives to be supported: <br /> • Fiestas Patrias(Sept 2025) [driving awareness of the event+attendance] <br /> • CULTURA Magazine [driving awareness of the magazine + increase subscriptions] <br /> • Tet Festival(Jan 2026) [driving awareness of the event+attendance] <br /> • Santa Ana Fun Run (May 2026) [increasing event registrations/participation] <br /> 1) Marketing/Paid Media Support(Advertising Consultation, Strategy& Execution) <br /> o Consult with client to develop ad campaigns to promote events(such as Santa Ana Fun <br /> Run) or initiatives(such as signups for CULTURA Magazine subscriptions.Strategic <br /> planning to include: <br /> • Plan to secure/negotiate media and media buying <br /> • Ad trafficking and monitoring <br /> • Ad creative development strategy <br /> • Likely to include an emphasis on digital advertising(Meta and display) <br /> • Develop and refine target audiences for each paid advertising channel <br /> • Execution of ad placements, monitoring and adjusting as needed throughout <br /> campaign <br /> • Campaign reporting and analytics <br /> 2) Public Relations Support(PR Consultation, Strategy& Execution) <br /> o Consult with client to develop a proactive PR strategy that drives consumer media <br /> coverage supporting events (such as Fiestas Patrias and Tet Festival), including focus <br /> including print/online and broadcast coverage in English, Vietnamese and Spanish- <br /> language media outlets. <br />
