(*Not inclusive <br /> of reactive crisis communications/media relations, which would be handled by the <br /> City's PIO). <br /> 3) Account Services=(Supporting admin hours, agency meetings and recap) <br /> o Maintenance and implementation of strategic marketing plan. <br /> o Bi-weekly 30-minute status calls(as needed) <br /> o Preparation of reporting materials and other administrative items. <br /> o Presentation of program recap materials <br /> AGENCY FEES&HARD COSTS <br /> The fees below reflect a recommended 12-month partnership (July 2025—June 2026) to support the <br /> promotion of City of Santa Ana initiatives to be determined during planning phases. <br /> AGENCY SERVICE FEES& HARD COSTS $30,000 <br /> Agency fees include the following services outlined in the above scope of work. <br /> • Marketing strategy development <br /> • Public relations support <br /> • Paid advertising strategy&execution <br /> • Account management & reporting <br /> This SOW proposal represents a bank of 154 agency hours, which can be utilized for various <br /> marketing/advertising/PR services as determined during planning. Incremental support needed beyond <br /> this bank of hours will be approved and billed separately(based on agency's standard hourly rate) not to <br /> exceed an additional$10,000.The initiatives outlined in this proposal are examples, the City will retain <br /> the ability to reallocate hours to support initiatives as needed. <br />
