(Sending <br /> in April, 2026) <br /> **The second and third invoices will include a recap of actual agency hours applied YTD against the <br /> bank of 154 hours, for tracking and planning purposes. <br /> GENERAL NOTES: <br /> o This agency SOW is strictly limited to agency fees& related hard costs to support this scope, it is <br /> not inclusive of paid media/advertising placements. <br /> o Items needed outside the scope of this agreement will be negotiated separately or billed <br /> separately at a blended rate of$195/hour for strategic support and $150/hour for creative. <br /> o Any need to purchase licensed stock photos or video footage is out-of-scope. <br /> PAID MEDIA RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> o To ensure the success and impact of this program in the local market, the agency recommends <br /> allocating paid advertising for select initiatives during the contract period.Our recommendation <br /> is a minimum advertising spend of between$7,500 to$10,000 per initiative [with specific <br /> channels to be detailed in advertising plan].This advertising spend would be paid directly by <br /> client,though placements are available through the agency at a nominal service fee. <br />
