b. To bear the City of Santa Ana's share of the expense of preparation of plans and specifications and construction engineering costs , such share to be 61.67% of the Total preliminary and construction engineer- ing costs. c. To bear the City of Santa Ana's share of the construction costs required to complete the traffic control signal system and highway lighting referred to herein, such share to be 61.67% of the total construction costs. d. To acquire and pay for all costs involved in securing all rights of way and to pay for all costs for all road work within the City of Santa Ana necessary for the construction of the traffic control signal system and highway lighting. e. City of Santa Ana shall maintain and operation the entire traffic control signal system and highway lighting as constructed. f. City of Santa Ana will relocate traffic signal equipment as required in the future by further development of adjacent properties either within the City Limits of Santa Ana or Fountain Valley. SECTION II For and in consideration of the covenents and conditions to be kept and performed by the City of Santa Ana as set forth in this Agreement, the City of Fountain Valley agrees: a. To reimburse City of Santa Ana promptly upon rendition of statement therefor, City of Fountain Valley's share of expense of preparation of plans and specifications, construction engineering costs and construction costs required to complete the traffic control signal system and highway light- ing, such share to be 38.33% of the total preliminary and construction engineer- ing costs and construction costs. b. To reimburse the City of Santa Ana promptly upon rendition of statement therefore, City of Fountain Valley's share 38.33% of the Total subject intersection's traffic signal system and intersection lighting main- tenance and operational expenses.
