Findings: The City finds that the Project would result in no impact to wildfire related to requiring <br /> the installation or maintenance of associated infrastructure that may exacerbate fire risk or that <br /> may result in temporary or ongoing impacts to the environment. (Draft Supplemental EIR, p. 5-14.) <br /> Explanation of the Rationale:As previously discussed,the Project site is located within the City, <br /> which is not located in or near a state responsibility area or lands classified as a VHFHSZ. <br /> Therefore, the Project would not require the installation or maintenance of associated <br /> infrastructure that may exacerbate fire risk or that may result in temporary or ongoing impacts to <br /> the environment, and no impact to wildfire would occur. (Draft Supplemental EIR, p. 5-14.) <br /> Threshold W-4: The Project would not expose people or structures to significant risks, <br /> including downslope or downstream flooding or landslides, as a result of <br /> runoff, post-fire slope instability, or drainage changes. <br /> Findings: The City finds that the Project would result in no impact to wildfire related to exposing <br /> people or structures to significant risks due to runoff, post fire slope instability or drainage <br /> changes.
