General Order No. 11-10 <br /> 1 (c) Perform such additional duties as the Court may direct which are <br /> 2 necessary for the efficient administration of the ADR Program. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 3. MEDIATOR QUALIFICATIONS AND SELECTION <br /> 5 3.1 Qualifieations. A person may serve as a member of the Mediation <br /> 6 Panel if- <br /> 7 (a) the person has been a United States Appellate, District, <br /> S Magistrate or Bankruptcy Judge, or a California Judicial Officer; <br /> 9 or <br /> 10 (b) the person is currently a member in good standing of the Bar of <br /> 11 the United States District Court, Central District of California, <br /> 12 with at least 10 years legal practice experience, substantial <br /> 13 experience with or knowledge of civil litigation in federal court, <br /> 14 and significant expertise in one or more of the following areas: <br /> 15 (1) Admiralty <br /> 16 (2) Americans with Disabilities Act <br /> 17 (3) Antitrust <br /> 18 (4) Bankruptcy <br /> 19 (5) Business/Commercial Litigation <br /> 20 (6) Civil Rights <br /> 21 (7) Class Actions <br /> 22 (8) Consumer Credit <br /> 23 (9) Copyright/Trademark <br /> 24 (10) Employment/Discrimination/Wrongful Termination <br /> 25 (11) Environmental <br /> 26 (12) ERISA <br /> 27 (13) Foreclosure <br /> 28 (14) Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith <br /> 3 <br />
