General Order No. 11-10 <br /> 1 investigation, the panel member shall be afforded an opportunity to respond to the <br /> 2 complaint. Upon conclusion of the investigation and receipt of the report, the ADR <br /> 3 Committee shall make a final determination as to what, if any, action shall be taken. <br /> 4 11.6 Notice of Final Action in Response to Formal Complaint. The <br /> 5 Court shall notify the complainant and the panel member, in writing, of the final <br /> 6 disposition of the complaint. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 12.
