Transfers: If landlord and/or landlords agent allows resident(s)to transfer to another unit in the complex,resident(s)personal property and possessions must be treated according to accepted treatment methods an/or procedures established by a licensed pest control professional prior to moving into another unit and resident(s)must provide proof of such cleaning and treatment to landlords an/or landlords agents satisfaction. Indemnification: Resident(s)hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless landlord and/or landlords agent from any actions,claims,losses,damages,and expenses,including but not limited to,attorney's fees that the landlord and/or landlords agent may sustain or incur as a result of the negligence of the resident(s) or any guest or other person living in or occupying or using the premises.
