Consultant shall perform required coordination, including between project team, lead <br /> agency, participating agencies, Caltrans and OCTA. <br /> Task 1 Deliverables: <br /> 1. Organize and lead Project Kick-off Meetings and prepare agendas and meeting materials. <br /> 2. Draft and Final Detailed budget and schedule. <br /> 3. Draft and Final Detailed Project Management Plan - one copy for each participating agency. <br /> 4. Monthly progress reports, including detailed status of the work effort, outlook, issues/ <br /> solutions, and updated schedule shall be e-mailed to the City. <br /> 5. Attend all coordination meetings and prepare meeting materials, including agenda, action <br /> items, graphics, presentation aides, and notes/minutes. <br /> 6. Retain and provide electronic versions of all data files as directed by the City. <br /> 7. Prepare graphics and presentation aides required for all meetings. <br /> 8. All documents provided in electronic form should be those currently used by the City: <br /> Microsoft Office and PDF files. <br /> 9. All electronic data produced for the Project shall be provided on a flash drive or file sharing <br /> portal. <br /> 10. Monthly invoices in a format acceptable to the City, shall include all third-party invoices and <br /> other supporting documentation as requested by the City. <br /> 11. All reporting and close-out documentations in compliance with OCTA requirements and any <br /> applicable regulatory agency. <br /> II. Task 2: Data Collection <br /> Data, such as counts, field conditions, and travel time studies, collected along the project will <br /> provide the necessary insight to develop appropriate design construction documents and optimal <br /> time-of-day traffic signal coordination plans. This data will also be used to measure the <br /> effectiveness of the project. <br /> Since the Kraemer Boulevard/ Glassell Street/ Grand Avenue corridor is part of the OCTA <br /> Countywide Baseline Project, OCTA is currently collecting data, developing traffic signal <br /> synchronization timing, and will implement and fine tune new timing for all the fifty-seven (57) <br /> agency signals along this corridor, except the Caltrans signals. Therefore, Data Collection for this <br /> project will be limited to only the four (4) Caltrans intersections on the corridor. The Consultant <br /> shall coordinate the Data Collection task for this project with OCTA's Countywide Baseline <br /> Project. Consultant shall coordinate with Caltrans, Santa Ana and Agencies to execute a <br /> Cooperative Agreement with Caltrans for this Task. <br /> Sub-Task 2.1: Counts <br /> Consultant shall collect, at a minimum, the following count data necessary to thoroughly <br /> understand existing traffic conditions in the study area. <br /> 5 <br />
