Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Mayor Amezcua and City Councilmembers, <br />I strongly oppose the censure of Councilmember Hernandez. Using censure in response to public criticism risks <br />undermining free speech and the ability of elected officials to advocate for accountability and transparency. <br />Elected leaders must be able to raise concerns about city operations, policies, or employee conduct without <br />fear of retaliation or intimidation.
